This is not really the best of times for Chris Brown. Not when he is still on probation in the Rihanna beating case. According to reports, Chris was arrested in Washington D.C. this morning for felony assault after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel. According to TMZ
Brown got into an argument with a man at about 4:30am outside the W Hotel on K Street and he allegedly punched him once in the face. Sources say Chris and the alleged victim did not know each other.
Chris was with his bodyguard, and he was also arrested. He was a party at the nearby Park and 14th nightclub when the incident occurred.
