I received these pictures from a concerned resident in Port Harcourt. For those of you who reside in PH or are regular caller to that state capital, y’all must have noticed the deplorable conditions of the roads. According to the sender, the roads have remained in total disrepair for so many years despite contracts being constantly awarded to different construction companies. Pot holes here and there… accidents inevitable. The sender says it’s even worse in this rainy season. He described the roads as ‘gateway to hell paved with good intentions.’ (Whatever that means)
